📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Canada and processed as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order:

📍 Shipping Timeframes

• Domestic Orders (within Canada):
  Estimated delivery is 5 business days after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

• International Orders:
  Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days (can be longer with some countries) after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

• United States Shipping: 
  Due to ongoing import processing changes and postal delays affecting U.S.-bound mail, untracked physical shipping to the United States is temporarily paused. These delays are managed by U.S. postal and customs systems and are outside of our control.

  Digital products and services remain available to U.S. customers. Tracked shipping with applicable duties may be offered on a case-by-case basis upon request.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and sent out. Please note that delivery times do not include processing or fulfillment time.

📫 Tracking Information

To keep our products accessible and shipping costs low:

• Orders under $100 CAD do not include tracking

• If you would like tracking for a smaller order, please contact us prior to checkout for a custom shipping quote 

🧾 Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and any other necessary delivery information. We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
