Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mylene Amelie Styling Services. We are committed to providing high-quality digital products, personalized styling services, and educational resources designed to empower and inspire your unique beauty.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads (e.g., PDF Guides, Workbooks)

  • Physical Products (Clear Colour Cards)

  • Online courses

  • Personalized styling packages (including all add-ons)

  • Add-on services such as “Validate My Results”

  • Custom-made content or client-specific recommendations

Booking Cancellations & Reschedules

For services that require a booking (e.g., Free Colour Analysis, Luxe Blend packages), we kindly ask that you submit required materials (e.g., photos) before your scheduled appointment. If materials are not received in time, we reserve the right to reschedule your session at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for missed, late, or incomplete submissions.

U.S. Orders (Untracked Letter Mail)

U.S. letter mail orders do not include tracking. Delivery times vary from 3–6 weeks (especially during holiday periods). If an untracked item is delayed beyond 30 days, I offer one complimentary replacement OR store credit. Refunds are not issued for untracked mail.

Product Access & Delivery

You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout. Most digital products and course access will be delivered via email or your client portal. If you experience technical difficulties or do not receive your access email, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@myleneamelie.com so we can assist you.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny refunds, or revoke access if fraudulent behavior, copyright violations, or abuse of our content is suspected.
